Job Summary
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant sewing experience in a factory or manufacturing setting. Formal sewing education may be substituted for work experience.
- Experience in the operation of single needle, double needle, and bar tack machines.
- Ability to read and understand orders with pictures and or written instructions.
- Must work overtime when required.
- Must be willing to receive cross training with the goal of performing multiple tasks.
- Must be able to lift 10 LBS.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a team lead in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office - Excel, Teams, Outlook
